These terms and conditions apply to all orders placed through SolarShop4u.com. By placing an order you accept these terms.
All prices are in euros (EUR) and include VAT where applicable. We reserve the right to change prices. The price applicable at the time of your order is final.
An order is final once you have received a confirmation email. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order, for example if a product is out of stock or a price was listed incorrectly.
Payment is made by bank transfer. Your order will be processed upon receipt of payment. See our payment page for bank details.
We deliver throughout Europe. Delivery times are indicative. See our shipping page for details.
Consumers have the right to return a purchase within 14 days of receipt without giving any reason, provided the product is unused and in its original packaging. Contact us at solareurope@proton.me to initiate a return. Return shipping costs are borne by the buyer.
Our products come with the manufacturer warranty as stated on the product page. For defects please contact solareurope@proton.me.
We are not liable for indirect damages, consequential loss or lost profits arising from the use of our products. Our maximum liability is limited to the purchase price of the product in question.
These terms are governed by Bulgarian law. Any disputes will be submitted to the competent courts in Bulgaria.
